• The Company protects personal information under the appropriate management of its personal information officer.
• When collecting and using personal information, the Company notifies the person of the purpose or obtains their consent, and collects and uses it by appropriate means.
• The Company uses personal information within the scope of the purposes consented to.
• The Company does not provide or disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. Where handling is outsourced, the contractor is contractually bound to the same standard of management. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information are handled appropriately via our contact point below. Definition of Personal Information

“Personal information” means personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information: information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other description, or that contains an individual identification code.

Collection of Personal Information

The Company collects personal information by the following means:

• Information entered on application forms for seminars hosted or co-hosted by the Company
• Information entered in the inquiry form when contacting the Company
• Registration information of applicants for the Company's job openings
• Information entered on order forms when purchasing the Company's products

Purposes of Use

The Company uses information, including the personal information below, for the purposes listed for each category.

• Business administration, communications, billing, and payment management
• Analysis to improve the Company's products, services, and advertising, and to consider new services

(2) Inquiry information

• Providing personal information managed by the Company to third parties (partner companies providing ad-delivery services under contract with the Company *1) for advertising purposes.
(Example) Advertising identifiers, email addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal information managed by the Company may be provided to such third parties for ad delivery, and matched and analyzed against identifiers and other personal or related information managed by them, enabling more personalized advertising. In such cases the third party uses your personal information for the ad delivery requested by the Company.
