The process differs slightly depending on your plan.
We recommend touring the office first, to avoid any surprises after signing. During your tour, our staff will suggest the plan and options that best fit how you work.

You can start the same day you apply.
Virtual Office, Booth & Private plans
Screening (1–2 business days)
We send you the screening items and review your business. We will also ask for identity documents and, for corporations, the company registry.

odorana Office complies with Japan's Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds. We screen carefully so that everyone can use a safe, trusted address.

Contract (2–4 business days)
We send the contract (or an address confirmation document) by registered mail. Sign and seal it, and return it together with your seal registration certificate. *Not required for electronic contracts.

Start using the office
Your odorana Office and address-use options are ready. Most members start within 5–7 business days of applying.
Identity Documents

| Corporations | A copy of the certified company registry (issued within 6 months) plus copies of two identity documents for the representative |
*Identity verification is conducted under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, for a safe and secure office community.
*A copy of your seal registration certificate is also required except for electronic contracts.
