Private Office

A lockable room of your own, for less than a conventional office.

A lockable, independent room available 24/7, 365 days a year — space for your equipment and your team. More affordable than a conventional private office, and flexible enough to resize as your business grows. The lightest-weight way to establish a base with low risk.

Why Members Choose the Private Office

Reasons

Remarkably affordable monthly fees

  • Because fire-code and fit-out requirements are lighter than for fully sealed offices, rents can be set lower — keeping your fixed costs down
  • No per-room air conditioning or fire-safety equipment to install, so setup fees and common charges stay low

Your screen and documents stay private

  • Walls are higher than eye level whether seated or standing (about 1.8–2.1 m) — nobody can see your screen or papers
  • With visual distractions shut out, there's no open-floor problem of “other people's movement keeps catching my eye”

Resize freely as people and things change

  • “A new staff member joins next month” or “the project ended and we're two people fewer” — switch to a different room size or add a room in days to a month
  • Expand when your equipment grows, downsize when it doesn't — no penalty fees or major restoration costs. Keep your office size optimized to your business

Why it costs less (the mechanics)

  • No need to install air conditioning or sprinkler systems room by room — lower building costs translate directly into lower fees
  • Meeting rooms, reception, printers, and break areas are all shared, so you rent only the minimum space you need

To Be Honest With You

Good to Know

Our private rooms are the “open transom” type: fire regulations require a ventilation gap between the walls and the ceiling. To avoid any mismatch after signing, here is the honest picture.

◎ Sight lines are fully blocked

Unless someone physically peers over the wall, your screen, documents, notebooks, and stored items are completely out of view — the same visual security as a fully sealed office.

△ Sound carries through the transom

Confidential conversations cannot be fully contained. For sensitive calls and meetings, we recommend the shared meeting rooms and meeting spaces.

A Better Way to Think About It

For Whom

Seen as a “downgraded private office,” the open top and sound carry-over might bother you. But seen as —

“the most agile way to hold a visually secure workspace that fits your equipment and your team, and can be resized at any time as your business changes”

— it becomes a remarkably rational choice. If you have equipment to store or staffing changes on the horizon, tell us about them — we'll suggest the best room for you.
